Platform
We didn't buy our software. We had to build it.
Every solar CRM we tried was a sales tool with operations bolted on. So the pipeline lied, the commissions were a spreadsheet, and nobody could answer "where is this project" without three phone calls. This is what we replaced it with.
Projects with a real task graph
Tasks depend on other tasks. A stage cannot advance while its blockers are open, and a scope change reopens exactly the work it invalidates — including the resubmit-for-permit case.
Commissions on a ledger
Pay plans, seller margins, tier overrides and milestone releases, all append-only. Clawbacks are entries, not edits, so the history survives.
Canvassing that works offline
A mapped PWA with satellite imagery and roof viability. Knocks record from GPS with no signal and sync when the phone finds one.
Design engine
Roof planes, site parameters and a run that refuses honestly when an input is missing rather than inventing a number.
Customer portal
The homeowner sees the same milestones your operations team does, with documents and e-signature built in.
A scoped API
Per-resource read and write scopes on every token, so an integration gets exactly the access it needs and nothing more.
Built for how the work actually goes
Projects move backwards. Permits get rejected. Scopes change after the survey and the tasks that were already done stop counting. Most systems model the happy path and leave the rest to a notes field.
This one records the stage history in both directions, keeps every version of a scope of work, and reopens the specific tasks a change invalidates — with the reason attached.
